The Immigration Department has issued an alert to the public to be on
the lookout for escaped Cuban migrant Lester Camejo Suarez.
Suarez, who is not considered dangerous, escaped from the Immigration
Detention Centre, on Fairbanks Road, on Christmas Day, between the hours
of 6pm and 7pm.
Suarez, 25, is of brown complexion, with low cut black hair. He is
5–feet, 9–inches and weighs about 165 lbs.
He doesn't speak English and may be wearing a blue or white T–shirt with
shorts or long blue jeans and possibly a cap. He has either a bag in his
hand or a bed sheet in which supplies are wrapped.
