WHEN Cuba managed to get a proper connection to the world wide wibble
after it built a new fibre optic cable to the rest of the world, pundets
thought it would lead to a freeing up of information to the country.
However it turns out that despite having all the bandwidth it can eat,
Cuba is going to parcel out internet access to a privileged few.
While a larger number of citizens to have Internet access they will
still be people who the state thinks are jolly nice.
