Executive Summary
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the existing telephone network
in Cuba, to recommend an interim plan for the essential communications
with the rest of the world (after a transition from the current
government), and to provide an order of magnitude analysis for the cost
to modernize the current network to meet the short and the long-term demand.
