MOSCOW, December 3 (Itar-Tass) - Russian President Vladimir has signed a
federal law on ratification of the agreement between Russia and Cuba to
settle Cuba's debt to Russian creditors, the presidential press service
said on Monday.
The law was adopted by the State Duma on November 16 and the Federation
Council – on November 23, 2007.
